1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Granmaakit platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Marketplace Role
Granmaakit is a multi-tenant marketplace platform that connects Customers seeking rentals with local Partners who provide vehicles and services. Granmaakit facilitates the matching and booking process but is not a party to the rental agreements established directly between Customers and Partners.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 For Customers
Customers must provide accurate identity verification, maintain a valid driver's license, and treat partner vehicles and staff with respect according to the specific rental terms.
3.2 For Partners
Partners are responsible for the maintenance, insurance, and legality of vehicles listed on the platform, and for fulfilling bookings accepted through the dashboard.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Payments are processed through our secure payment partners. Cancellation policies are determined by individual partners and are clearly displayed during the booking process.
5. Use of Service
Users may not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to bypass security measures or interfere with the platform's operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Granmaakit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the marketplace or interactions between customers and partners.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
